Health in Ethiopia

By Drs. G.Hailu (December 9, 2002)

There are too many AIDS patients in Ethiopia. Some estimate 30% of the population to be infected with HIV virus. Anather problem, the famine, has affected 20% of the population. These sum up to 50% of the population (about 30 million people) being endangered.

As to me there is no better moment to do someting relevant to the population than now? There is no moment to wait for? I believe also, every human being in the world in general and the Ethiopian educated people in particular have the responsiblity to come up with solution to these problems.

In these page, I put documents I collected from the internet about the health problems in Ethiopia and the critics concerning heath in the whole world.
